Im taking excerise seriously and doing more healthier things to get back into shape as i need to lose a bit of weight ive noticed so im going to keep a diary and a diet time table for each week and i will buy somemore health foods, and start cooking them too, i wanna feel more energy and not so lazy i am starting a salsa class, and other classes to look and feel great inside and outside too, hope it goes well and i will NOT give up.
